Since the establishment of the factory, it was supervised by the Ministry of Hajj and Endowments, and in 1414 the supervision of the factory was transferred to the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.The height of the dress is fourteen meters, and in the upper third of the lining there is a belt embroidered with gold and silver, on which are written Qur’anic verses in the composite third script, surrounded by a frame of Islamic ornaments, and its length is forty-five meters, and it consists of sixteen pieces. Sincerity is written inside a circle surrounded by a square shape of Islamic motifs, and the embroidery of the belt consumes more than 120 kg of gold wire and 25 kg of silver wire, and the belt is followed by rectangular pieces, including lamps that read “Oh, O live, O Qayyum” and “Ya Rahman, O Merciful” and ( Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds), and on the door of the Kaaba there is a curtain embroidered with wires of gold and silver.
