- This initiative receives the elderly and people with special needs by paying them for free wheelbarrows so that they are in the Tawaf and Al-Masaa courtyard, through coordination with a number of voluntary bodies, whose number of volunteers has reached (200 volunteers).
The initiative also provides all voluntary services to the elderly and people with disabilities in the Grand Mosque.
The Women’s Agency works to receive elderly women, in addition to facilitating their entry to and prayer in the honorable kindergarten, in addition to working on explaining the services that are provided in the Prophet’s Mosque.
